The allure of these secluded destinations compelled me to share my unforgettable experience. If you’re planning a stay in Bingin, be prepared for a unique accommodation experience, as cliff hotels and charming Airbnbs are the norm in this coastal paradise. Although navigating the cliffside may involve climbing numerous stairs, the breathtaking views and proximity to Bingin Beach make it an incomparable way to immerse yourself in the local ambiance.
Bingin Beach itself is accessible only during low tides, which typically occur in the early morning and late afternoon. We cherished the tranquility of the morning, reveling in the serenity of having the entire beach practically to ourselves—an exclusive privilege of staying at the bottom of the cliff. It’s important to note that the beach is rocky, so appropriate footwear is advisable.

As the afternoon low tide approached, the beach came to life with the opening of various restaurants and bars that were previously inaccessible. We highly recommend exploring these hidden gems for a delightful dinner experience amidst the picturesque surroundings.
At the top of the cliff, you’ll discover a selection of restaurants and cafes, with additional dining options just a short motorbike ride away or accessible via taxi or rideshare services. Renting a motorbike proved to be the most convenient way to navigate the area, as many attractions and amenities are not within walking distance and the terrain can be hilly. Motorbike rentals are readily available, with rates around $10 AUD per day. Refueling was a breeze, thanks to the abundance of local petrol stands scattered throughout the vicinity.
