What is United Airlines luggage allowance and baggage policy?
For my United Airlines flight, checked luggage was not included and needed to be purchased. We pre-purchased it at the time, and it was $35 USD per person for 23kg. This can change, so I recommend checking their website for the latest baggage policies before your flight.
Are United Airlines seats comfortable?
United Airlines’ aircraft offer various seating options, including Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First Class. I travelled in Economy, and the seats were comfortable with adequate legroom and recline. The cabin was clean, and the seats were well-maintained.

What in flight entertainment options are available on United Airlines flights?
United Airlines didn’t provide any entertainment on this flight, but the seats did have a phone holder, making it easy for us to watch our own TV shows and movies. Definitely make sure to download these prior. In addition, there were also charging points under the seats, so we didn’t have to worry about our phones dying.
How is the meal service on United Airlines flights?
For this flight, as it was only 5 hours, no meals were included. We were provided a complimentary drink, tea, and coffee.
How clean are the lavatories on United Airlines flights?
The lavatories on my United Airlines flight appeared to be well-maintained by the flight attendants during the flight.
